Registration, Absentee, and Refund Policies

Registration

         

  • To register for classes we accept checks, cash, Zelle and Venmo.
  • Beginning classes at any time throughout the session is not a problem for you or the instructor as the classes are ongoing.
  • No refunds will be given once a class or a session begins. If you cancel before the start of a session we will refund your money minus a $25 administration fee.
  • If you are joining us for the first time, click on the link below and print the Release and Waiver of Liability form, fill it out and bring it with you to the studio
  • We reserve the right to require and receive written medical information, including but not limited to a medical waiver, release and Doctor’s approval prior to attending or continuing yoga classes.
  • Additionally, we reserve the right to refuse yoga class instruction to any person or persons for any reason whatsoever when deemed appropriate by our instructors and in the best interest of STUDIO 87 YOGA.

Missed Classes and Make-up Policy... Revised & Trial Basis

  • You have a medical situation that prevents you from attending class.
  • You are sick and contagious.
  • In order to make-up your missed classes you must notify the studio at the time of your situation or concern.
  • Classes must be completed within the Monthly Session - NO CARRY OVER.

Workshop Events Refunds

We understand that plans occasionally change and unanticipated circumstances sometimes arise. It is therefore necessary that we have consistent refund policies that are fair to you, the studio, and the presenter. Thank you for your support.

 

  • You may request a full refund two weeks prior to the start of the event. 
  • For refund requests less than two weeks prior to the start of the event, you may request a refund less 50%.
  • No refunds or credits will be given for cancellations less than one week prior to the event. 
  • If you do not show up for an event, no refunds or credit will be given. 
  • No pro-rates, credits or transfers are available for any of our special events for classes/days that you are absent or unable to attend (includes class series and workshops). 
  • We appreciate your understanding of this policy.
